Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 24 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a 100% charge, including all taxes, fees, and add-ons. Please note that full payment is processed 24 hours prior to arrival.
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform (such as Expedia or Tablet Hotels), please contact them directly to request any changes or cancellations.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to the terms outlined in your group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.

Anna & Bel is pleased to welcome small dogs to our accommodations. We allow up to two dogs per room, each weighing 15 lbs or less. A pet fee of $150 per night per dog will be applied to your stay. Learn more about the Pet Policy.

- Dog-friendly rooms are limited and do not include rooms with balconies. These rooms must be requested in advance by emailing hello@annaandbel.com.
- Dogs must never be left unattended in guest rooms.
